I am also a Nurse, Nutritioist & Sailor with a passion for Travel, Sailing, High Vibe living, & Clean Water. I like to work for myself, online, and show others how to do the same.
I provide a range of health & wellness courses, in Palma, world wide and online. I have an epic wellness lab, I am a bio hacking freak, you can often find me looking into my microscope! My favourite hobby is microscopic cellular art. I am a huge fan of good food and cleansing. I regularly provide group cleansing programs. I also love sharing first aid tips, so you will always be prepared on your travels. My passion is helping people find their purpose and live the life of their dreams.

After 20 years of trauma nursing and a few gnarly accidents myself, I am most passionate about the prevention of Stress, Post Traumatic Stress & burn out in health care workers. I am keen to teach you the skills to nail this on the head immediately and live a wonderfully balanced life, without the need for double shifts or weekend work.
