I left the rat race and traveled around Australia & the world with my hubby & dog, Bruno. Eventually we decided to base in Palma de Mallorca. Everywhere we went we were told it would be hard; with a dog, becoming residents in a foreign country, reinventing ourselves to adapt to our environment, bla bla bla....We refused to believe it and charged on to achieve our dream life. Once we were unleashed, we were free!
I am also a Health Coach & run an online health club. So I can help you fast track your process with some epic life hacks, if you are keen. We all run better when we are nourished.

This is us, the day we decided to buy an old Ambulance and drive around Australia. We ended up with a Toyota, which was a good thing. I never went back to my job....we just kept going!
